FAQ
1. What can I donate?
Cars, RV’s, trucks, vans, trailers or boats are all acceptable donations.
2. Can I donate a car that was involved in an accident?
Yes. Even with collision damage, we will accept your car.
3. Can I donate a car that’s not running?
Yes, we will accept any car donation, whether or not the vehicle runs.
4. Can I donate a car with a non-functional engine or other major problems?
Yes, even junk cars have value to us. We’ll gladly take it off your hands!
5. How will my car be removed? Is there a fee?
If you donate your car with us, we will be happy to pick it up at no cost to you.
6. Am I required to be home during pickup?
As long as all personal belongings are removed and the keys and title are in the glove compartment of the car, there is no need for you to be home during pickup.
7. Will it take long for my car to be picked up?
Once you tell us you’re donating your car with us, we will pick it up between 24-48 hours.
8. What areas do you service?
We serve the entire U.S., excluding Alaske and Hawaii.
